 Do not use a cold battery. Allow it to warm to room temperature.
 The battery is protected against deep drainage in that the power
tool switches the battery off automatically shortly before
discharging.
Do not continue to operate the ON/OFF switch. The
battery may become damaged.
Allow a warm battery to first cool down before
charging it.
 The lithium-ion battery will reach its full capacity only after
several charge-discharge cycles.
 Frequent partial discharges do not harm the battery  no
memory effect
 The charge process of a lithium-ion battery can be interrupted at
any time. This does not shorten the service life of the battery.
 The service life of a lithium-ion battery increases when the
battery is not always charged to 100% but up to approx. 90%.
 Batteries age: The battery becomes weaker and is spent when
it needs to be recharged after increasingly shortening operating
times.
