Outrigger Base Ensure that the outrigger legs are not bent or cracked and that all hardware is
(Figure 2) present and securely tightened.
Inspect the base for corrosion and or other strucural defects.
Add additional grease to the Hitch Ball Post as needed to maintain a smooth
upright rotation.
Labels Verify that all labels are securely attached and are legiblen
FAS and Other Additional Fall Arrest System equipment, winches, etc., that are used with the
Equipment Jib should be installed and inspected per the manufacturer instructions.
