If there's a problem...

Try the following checks and solutions before requesting a repair or other service.
z If after trying the solutions below you still think there is a problem, unplug the AC adapter and
contact the installer.

Solution
Securely connect the AC adapter to the
wall socket and product.
Note
Do not disconnect the AC adapter even
if you are away for a long time.
Reset the breaker.
Check the router manual to ensure it is
properly connected.
The Home IoT Gateway cannot acquire
an IP address from the router. Check your
router manual.
Promptly unplug the AC adapter and
contact the installer.
