Portion auditing

This machine allows to check the number of times each product key has been pressed since last reset to
zero, including the "E" key (=semiautomatic dispensing). This figure is shown on the machine's display.
Press key E on the first touch pad left for more than 10 seconds. The display shows
Cumulative Total

Cumulative Total shows the total number of times the keys from a A to E have been pressed on all groups of
the machine. This "grand total" does not include the number of times the hot water key has been pressed.
In order to see the erogations of the single keys on each touch pad, press key A: the display shows
Espresso
Group 1:xxxxx
By pressing the single keys on the different touch pads you can see the erogations of each key.
To see the hot water consumption press the hot water key on the hot water touch pad. The display shows
Tea Water
xxxxx
To reset the auditing press simultaneously for some seconds keys C and D. The display shows

Counters reset
To exit the auditing phase press key E.
