Usage
Before buying the product please choose the appropriate type of roller-blades, depending on body weight,
skating skills, and purpose (recreational, professional). The skates are designed to be used on dry, smooth, and
hard surfaces, without sharp protrusions or holes (like paving). The skates are not to be used for complex skating
tricks. It is forbidden to jump or skate on stairs.
Information regarding the structure of the roller-skates
A. The skates must not undergo any modifications that could decrease safety of use.
B. The skates do not have a starting device.
C. All of the screws should be properly tightened. One should also check the functioning of the self-locking
fasteners (they should be changed when the surface of nuts or other attachments is worn).
Instruction of use
A. It is forbidden to use the skates in traffic. The user is to follow the traffic code. Advised surfaces: flat, clean,
dry, possibly far from other road users. It is forbidden to skate on water, mud, sand, or gravel. Inappropriate
surfaces may cause damage to rolling elements of the skates and decrease the safety of use.
B. While skating, one should wear a helmet and protective gear on wrists, knees, and elbows. It is also advised
to use reflective elements while skating.
C. In order to use the skates safely and remain in full control, please familiarise yourself with advised breaking
techniques.
Basic method: bend both knees, press the rear end of the skate with the break to the ground.
Remain in such position until you have fully stopped.
Slide method: using a sliding motion (exercise caution, especially due to safety reasons, one should not
use this method on slippery surfaces): bend both knees, press both skates to the ground, perform a sudden
turn to one side, so as to stand perpendicularly to the direction of skating.
D. To unfasten the buckle holding the shoe in the ankle area push the button (or two buttons - depending
on the particular skates model) labeled push which you will find at the end of the buckle. The lock will
be released and unfastening will be possible. After regulating the circumference to you needs push the
button (or buttons) labeled push again to fasten and lock the buckle.
