13) Do not over estimate your strength
Always maintain a stable position and good balance.
14) Look after your tools carefully
Keep your tools sharp and clean for better performance and safe usage.
Follow instructions for lubricating and for changing accessories. Periodically check the electrical cord and if it
is damaged have it changed by an authorised professional. Periodically check the electrical extension cords and
replace if damaged. Keep handles dry, clean and free of grease and oil.
15) Disconnect your tools
When they are not in use, before any maintenance, and for changing accessories such as shanks, bits and blades.
16) Remove adjusting keys
Get into the habit of insuring that adjustment keys are removed from the tool before operating it.
17) Avoid abnormal starts
Do not connect the tool to the power source with you finger on the switch.
Be sure that the switch is in the off position before plugging the tool in.
18) Use extension cords designed for outdoor use
When the tool is used out of doors, use only extension cords designed for outdoor use.

Watch what you are doing, use common sense and do not work when you are tired.
20) Check for damaged parts
Before re-using the tool, it is recommended to carefully check that it is working properly. Check the alignment of
moving parts, that moving parts are securely fastened, that there are on broken parts, that it is properly set up
and any other condition which may effect the operation of the tool. Unless otherwise indicated in the instructions,
it is recommended to repair or replace the guard or any other damaged part, through an authorised professional.
Defective switches must be replaced professionally. Do not use a tool with a switch which no longer controls the
starting or stopping of the tool.
