Setting the movement at 13.00 hours
Winding: unscrew the crown without removing it (position
1) and wind manually by turning it clockwise (first time
only). After this, the mechanism is automatically wound
by wrist movement turning the rotor on its axis. The watch
will stop if not worn for long intervals.
Date: pull out the crown to position 2 and turn the crown
clockwise to quickly set the date. Do not change the date
between 8pm and 4am. The date also changes when the
hour hand goes past midnight.
Time: pull out the crown to position 3 and turn
anticlockwise to set the hour. For more accuracy, stop the
watch when the second hand is on 12.
Always rotate the hour and minute hands forwards when
setting the time.
Remember to screw the crown back into position once
you have finished setting the time and date.
