Warranty Conditions

It is valid the legal warranty obligation of 24 months. Additionally
we grant the purchaser of this product a warranty of 6 months for
defects which are reduced to material or manufacturing defects.
We repair the device or replace it under the following conditions at
its sole discretion free of charge:
-The original proof of purchase (with date of purchase) is filed to-
gether with the defective unit.
-A modified proof of purchase is not valid!
A replacement or a repair does not extend the warranty time, decis-
ive is the purchase date. Exchanged or replaced parts become our
property.
The warranty does not cover the following damages:
-unauthorized alteration, repair or dismantling of the device.
-improper use, negligence or accident.
Mobiset GmbH declares that the product "Sixties" meets to the fun-
damental requirements and other relevant provisions of EU
directives. The declaration of conformity can be found on
www.mobiset.de.
