Using a remote control
A Fence Remote with Fault Finder (remote control) can be purchased as an optional
accessory. This will allow you to:
Turn the energizer off and on anywhere on the electric fence system.
•
View the status of the fence anywhere on the electric fence system.
•
Locate faults.
•
A remote control is particularly useful in situations where you can't use the
Smartphone app (for example, where cellphone reception on your farm is unreliable).
Programming the energizer and remote control
If you have purchased an optional remote control, you need to program it to work with
this energizer.
You may also need to view or change your energizer's address setting (the channel
which your energizer and remote control uses to communicate).
For more information, see the instructions which came with your remote control OR
use the Smartphone app.
