Troubleshooting
Problem
The product is switched
on, but the paper
cannot be shredded.
Paper is stuck in A
and the product will
not shred it further.
The product does not
work after placing
scrapped paper.
The product does not
start after inserting a
sheet of paper or stops
running when paper is
being inserted.
Prolonged use of the product causes the product to heat up internally. The built-
in overheating protection switches off the product to prevent any damage.
After using the product for 2 minutes, allow the product to cool down for at least
60 minutes before using the product again.
