Electronic Chain Oiler System
Warning
To avoid damage to your vehicle and risk of accident:
• Follow the installation instructions and additional installation resources provided by the manufacturer online
• Most installations are achievable by a keen enthusiast. If in doubt, or, where recommended, systems should be
installed by trained technicians
• An incorrect vacuum connection, when installing a vacuum operated system, may compromise the function
of the engine and cause damage to it so always consult the model specific installation guides to ensure correct
installation
• An incorrect battery or electrical connection, when installing an electronic system, may compromise the function
of the vehicle and cause damage to it so always consult the installation guides to ensure correct installation
• Keep all parts of the system away from, hot or moving parts
• Before each ride, make sure your system is installed and functioning correctly. Pay particular attention to the
following:
• Check positioning and alignment of the injector which dispenses the oil/fluid onto the rear sprocket to ensure
that no oil is leaking. The injector must lightly touch the sprocket and be clear of the chain/sprocket interface to
avoid being caught by the teeth of the sprocket or the chain. The injector is designed to be sacrificial and fail safe
if caught by the chain. If lost the injector must be replaced to ensure accurate oil delivery
• Check the flow rate is correctly adjusted to provide a light layer of oil/fluid to the chain with no excess. Inspect
the tyre tread and if you find any traces of oil, clean them off thoroughly and establish the cause before riding
again
Prevention of injury
• Our products include small parts and fluids which can be swallowed and use plastic packaging. To avoid the risk
of swallowing, choking or suffocation, keep out of reach of children at all times
• To avoid injury when installing a system, make sure your vehicle cannot tip over, that you have adequate lighting
and use suitable protective equipment
• If oil or fluid based products come into contact with skin, wash thoroughly with plenty of water. If skin irritation
occurs seek medical advice
• If oil or fluid based products come into contact with eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove
contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists seek medical advice
Warranty & Liability
• Unauthorised modifications and/or changes to the product are not permitted and may invalidate the warranty
• Only use systems for their intended purpose and as described in the instructions. The manufacturer accepts no
liability for damage caused by improper or incorrect use
• Only use Genuine Manufacturer oils/fluids in your system. Use of any other oils/fluids may result in damage and
will invalidate the warranty
