ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

Refer to the wiring diagrams on page 3.
0-15 Output for electric lock 12V/1.2A NOTE: When fitting the electric lock,change F2 with the 5A fuse
supplied.
0-14 Output for flashing light ET2 24V / 25W max.
1-13 Output for gate open pilot light 24V / 3W max.
0-1 Output accessories 24V / 0.3A max
1-5 START command (N.O.).
Semiautomatic logic with TC at maximum.
Automatic logic with TC from 0 to ¾ of a turn. Pause time from 0 to 120s, one START, when gate is
halted and open, commands closing.
1-6 Stop safety device (N.C.). Stops and / or prevents all movement. To be used for the second pair of photocells.
1-8 Closing reverse safety device* (N.C.). Reverses movement (reopens) during closing. When the gate stops
blocks all movement.
1-9 Total Stop (N.C.). With contact 1-9 open, the gate stops or remains at a standstill and automatic closing is
disabled. A switch can be used to obtain total stop of the gate until the contact 1-9 is closed. A pushbutton can
be used to obtain a temporary stop unitl the next voluntary command is given (1-5 or radio contact).
Automatic closing is only enabled again after the first opening movement.
5-2 Automatic functions:
- Flashing light - Activated during opening and closing. For automatic closing the light starts flashing 3 sec
before the end of the TC time set; when TC is less than 3 sec the flashing lasts for the entire pause time.
- Motor stop - The motors are stopped when the set TM movement time expires or when an obstacle is
detected.
- Obstacle detection - The trimmer R1 adjusts the sensitivity to obstacle detection of both motors. With the
trimmer R1 at minimum, the maximum sensitivity is obtained. With the trimmer R1 at maximum the
minimum sensitivity is obtained. Obstacle detection causes the motor to stop during opening and during
closing.
- Automatic closing - From 0 to 120 sec, with TC from 0 to ¾ of a turn. The count starts:
- at the end of the reopening movement for the time set on trimmer TC
- after a safety device has been tripped (1-6 / 1-8) for half the time set on TC
- TC at maximum or a stop command 1-9 disables automatic closing.
-Moving / work delay - During opening motor M2 starts with a fixed 3 sec delay as compared with M1.
During closing, motor M1 starts with the delay set on TR as compared with M2.
- Signalling LED - The POWER led (green) ON indicates Power UP.
The SECURITY OPEN led (red) ON indicates that at least one of the contacts 1-6, 1-8, 1-9 is open.

WITH PAUSE TIME = 0
Automatic logic: The pause time after the intervention of a safety device is half the time set.
Automatic logic with pause time = 0 : While the gate is closing, and interruption of the photocell beam
causes inversion of the opening motors. As soon as the photocell range is clear, the closing motors are
immediately activated.
