Selecting a stirrer attachment
The mixer can be used to mix and combine
many diff erent materials, e.g. cement,
plaster, paint or mortar. Check that the stirrer
attachment selected is suitable for the job.

Use a stirrer attachment of type a for
liquid materials, e.g. paint and light
cement mixes.
•
Use a stirrer attachment of type b for
sticky materials, e.g. light mortar, putty
and glue/adhesive.
•
Use a stirrer attachment of type c for
thick materials, e.g. cement, thick mortar,
plaster and epoxy mortar. (The machine
is supplied with a mortar mixer.)
•
Use a stirrer attachment of type d for
materials of low viscosity, e.g. paint and
plaster-based materials.

Use
Screw the selected stirrer attachment (e.g.
9) into the socket (5) using the spanner
supplied (8).
Select a gear using the gear selector (4).
In low gear, the rotation speed can be set
anywhere between 240 and 500 rpm.
In high gear, the rotation speed can be set
anywhere between 380 and 850 rpm.
Insert the plug into the mains socket and
switch on the power.
Hold the mixer by both handles and lower
the stirrer attachment into the material to be
mixed/agitated.
Press the on/off button (1) to start the mixer.
The speed can be controlled by turning the
variable speed selector (3).
You can get the mixer to run on continuous
operation by pressing the lock button (2)
while the on/off button is pressed in.
The lock button can be released by pressing
the on/off button in as far as it will go.
Release the on/off button to stop the mixer
before removing the stirrer attachment from
the material.
