Der Schalteinsatz S1 zeigt die Stellung des Betätigers in der Sicher-
heitszuhaltung an, der Schalteinsatz S2 zeigt über die Betätigung
des Rollenschwenkhebel die Stellung der Schutzeinrichtung an.
In entriegelter Stellung wird die Schutzeinrichtung durch die einstell-
bare Kugelrastung geschlossen gehalten. Mittels Innensechskant-
schlüssel kann die gewünschte Zuhaltekraft durch Rechtsdrehung
verstärkt bzw. Linksdrehung geschwächt werden. Die Zuhaltekraft
sollte immer so schwach wie möglich eingestellt werden.
Wartung
Bei sorgfältiger Montage, unter Beachtung der oben beschriebenen
Hinweise, ist nur eine geringe Wartung notwendig. Bei rauen
Betriebsbedingungen empfehlen wir eine regelmäßige Wartung
mit folgenden Schritten:
1. Prüfen des Betätigers und der Sicherheitszuhaltung
auf festen Sitz
2. Entfernen von Schmutzresten
3. Prüfen der Leitungseinführung und -anschlüsse

The switch insert S1 monitors the position of the actuator in the
solenoid interlock. The S2 switch insert indicates the position of the
safety guard by actuation of the roller lever. In the unlocked position,
the safety guard is held closed by an adjustable ball catch.
With a hexagon key wrench, the required retaining force of the
actuator can be increased (by turning to the right) or decreased (by
turning to the left). The retaining force should normally be adjusted
as low as possible.

Maintenance
With careful mounting as described above, the switch requires little
maintenance. By use in extreme conditions, we recommend routine
maintenance as follows:
1. Check for secure fit of actuator and solenoid interlock
2. Remove all debris or particles
3. Check cable entries and connections
Construction / Mode de fonctionnement
Le bloc de contacts S1 indique la position de l'actionneur dans le
verrouillage de sécurité, le bloc de contacts S2 indique par le biais
de l'actionnement du levier basculant à galet la position du protec-
teur. En position déverrouillée, le protecteur est maintenu fermé
par l'encliquetage à bille réglable. La force de maintien peut être
augmentée en tournant vers la droite ou diminuée en tournant vers
la gauche à l'aide d'une clé 6 pans. La force de maintien doit
toujours être réglée à la valeur la plus faible possible.
Entretien
Un montage soigneux et l'observation des recommandations ci
avant réduira l'entretien au minimum. Dans un environnement
difficile, un entretien selon la procédure ci-après est recommandée:
1. Vérifier la position de l'actionneur et du dispositif
d'interverrouillage
2. Eliminer les salissures
3. Vérifier les entrées de câbles et les bornes de raccordement
