• Diamond3 ® WGK125 safety cap .
Suitable for almost every angular
grinder for 125 mm blades .
• Adapter with water valve
• Water hose coupling
• Intermediate cord with PRCD (GFCI)
safety switch

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

• Pull the power plug of your angular
grinder before mounting the WGK125
safety cap .
• Mount the WGK125 safety cap to the
safety cap of the machine .

• Turn the red knob to secure the cap .

Water Supply

• Mount the adapter with water valve to
the WGK125 safety cap .

• When using a water hose for water
supply: Connect the water hose
to the adapter .

• When using the water tank: Connect
the water tank and the hose to the

machine . Fill the water tank to the
5 litre level and pressurize by pump-
ing at least 10 times (max. 1 bar) .

Functional test for the PRCD
(GFCI) safety switch
• Connect the machine to the intermedi-
ate cord with the PRCD (GFCI) safety
switch .
• Plug the cord into the power socket .
WARNING: The ON/OFF switch
must be switched off, in order to
avoid unintentional starting of
the machine when carrying out
the functional test of the PRCD
(GFCI) safety switch.
Before commencing work, check that the
PRCD (GFCI) safety switch is functioning

properly:
• Press the "ON" button on the PRCD
(GFCI) safety switch . The red control
lamp indicates when the safety switch
is ready for operation .
• Press the "TEST" button . The control
lamp must go off .
Cutting
• You are now ready for cutting .
• Open the water valve a little to deter-
mine the amount of water . Start the
machine .
• Work with uniform light feed pressure .
• If the blade locks during the cutting
process it is recommended to stop cut-
ting immediately so that the machine
and the object are not damaged .
