Ensure the playback device's Bluetooth function has been switched on.
Ensure Earphones and Bluetooth playback device are both switched on
and that an audio file is being played back.
Check the volume settings of Earphones and playback device.
Check whether other Bluetooth devices are interfering with the used
frequency within the 2.4 GHz band.
Ensure no obstacles between Earphones and Bluetooth playback are
interfering with signal transmission.
Check the Bluetooth profile. For some Bluetooth playback devices, there
are operative limitations within the HFP and HSP Bluetooth profiles.
Change the profile to A2DP manually, if necessary. Please see your
playback device's User Manual for details.
Check whether other Bluetooth devices are interfering with the used
frequency within the 2.4 GHz band.
Ensure no obstacles are interfering with signal transmission between
Earphones and Bluetooth playback device.
