Only use the salt and pepper mill for its intended use and keep the article
clean at all times at it comes into contact with foodstuffs.
Operating
1. To fill in salt or pepper into the container, keep the mill firmly with one
hand and turn the black, rubberised sealing counter clockwise. Fill in
salt or pepper and close the container tight.
2. To mill salt or pepper, turn the stainless steel ring counter clockwise
until the desired amount of salt or pepper comes out. To avoid salt or
pepper trickling, turn the stainless steel ring lightly clockwise. That way
the openings are closed and nothing comes out.
3. To adjust the desired grain size, use the inner screw. If you loosen the
screw you will achieve a coarse granulation. If you fasten the screw,
you will achieve a fine granulation.
Cleaning
Only use a lightly moistened cloth to clean the housing. Use mild
detergent, if necessary. Do not use aggressive chemicals or abrasives
in order not to damage the surfaces.
Do not immerse the salt and pepper mill into water and do not wash
the article in the dishwasher.
