Terms and Conditions
This warranty provides benefits which are in addition to and do not affect your other legal rights. Ring will replace the product if it is shown, to the
satisfaction of Ring, to be defective due to faulty materials within the warranty period.
This warranty will not cover any fault or defect caused by:-
• Failure to observe the product instructions;
• Careless operating, handling or misuse;
• Use in a commercial environment;
• External sources e.g. transit damage;
• Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Ring; or
• The use of non-approved Ring accessories or any other accessories not supplied with the product.
This warranty shall not apply to, nor cover, any other claims whatsoever. It will in particular not cover any claims for conversion or modification
or for the costs of repairs carried out by any third party without the prior consent of Ring. This warranty is not transferable.
Claims Procedure
Please contact the Ring QA/Technical Department to obtain a QA return reference number prior to sending back your product.
Any claim made under this warranty is to be made to Ring Automotive at the address below. The claim itself must be made in a letter setting
out the date and place of purchase and giving a brief explanation of the problem that has led to the claim. This letter should be sent, together
with the product itself and proof of the purchase date (preferably a receipt), to the address below.
