Information on the use of the infrared lamp
1. Therapeutic feature: The heat of the infrared beams reduces the pain of rheumatic and
muscle diseases. Consult with your doctor prior to use.
2. Cosmetic feature: The infrared radiation supports blood circulation, and helps to open the
pores. The skin absorbs cream and other cosmetic preparations better after application.
Put the massage head with infrared lamp lightly on the skin, and move it gently so that the
beams do not point to one spot only. You may repeat the application 3-4 times a day for
5-10 minutes, with at least 45-minute breaks.
It is common for the skin to become slightly red during the application. If you feel
discomfort, or the skin becomes too red, do not continue the application.
Information on the massage feature
Move the massaging head in light circular motions on the selected spot for 6 to 8 minutes.
Avoid the continuous massage of just one spot. The unit can be used through clothing, but
direct application on the body ensures better results.
By selecting a proper extension you may achieve higher intensity of the massage.
Body, neck and head massage extensions (6, 7) will provide intensive massage of sore muscles,
and at the same time they are convenient for massaging the feet. Muscle massage extension
(8) helps to reduce and attenuate pain and tension in the muscles. The massage brush (9)
performs intensive skin massage, and simultaneously supports blood circulation. It may be
used to massage the scalp to promote better blood circulation to the hair roots.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

WARNING!
Turn off the unit, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, and let the unit cool down before cleaning, assembly and
disassembly, and immediately after use. Prior to handling, make sure the unit has cooled down!
The surface of the unit may only be cleaned using a wet cloth. Do not use any detergents or hard objects as they may
damage the unit's surface!
Never clean the unit under running water, do not rinse it, and do not submerge it in water!
REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE
Any extensive maintenance or repair requiring access to the internal parts of the product shall be performed by an
authorized service center.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

• Packaging materials and obsolete appliances should be recycled.
• The transport box may be disposed of as sorted waste.
• Polyethylene (PE) bags shall be handed over for recycling.
