Align the number on the dial with the indication:

Sponge Bonnet Exchange
Hold the pad to separate the sponge bonnet
then replace a new sponge bonnet.
2. Cover the lapin cloth:
put the sponge bonnet on the
pad then cover the lapin cloth
and tie the cloth strings.
Setting RPM: 1100/min (r.p.m.)
Setting RPM: 1450/min (r.p.m.)
Setting RPM: 2300/min (r.p.m.)
Setting RPM: 3050/min (r.p.m.)
Setting RPM: 3500/min (r.p.m.)
