LIST OF THE ACTIVE ALARMS

All the active alarms are also listed into MENU_SERVICE_ALARMS.
PROBE FAILURE: open or short circuited sensor, wrong sensor type or bad connection of the room probe.
"Probe 1 failure" : Check the room probe. Check the connections if problem continues change the probe.
"Probe 2 failure" : Check the humidity probe. Check the connections if problem continues change the probe.
"Probe 3 failure" : Check the evaporator probe. Check the connections if problem continues change the probe.
"LOW TEMPERATURE" Reason: Malfunction of the temperature reading.
Solution: On the control panel will be indicate icons which probe is failure like P1, P2 or P3, Please contact with
technical service.
Reason: Digital thermostat failure.
Solution: Please contact with technical service
"HIGH TEMPERATURE " Reason: While loading to close the air blowing canals of the product.
Solution: Make sure you load the products as it is shown in the user manual.
Reason: The evaporator fan is not working
Solution: Changing the factory settings of the parameters or malfunctioning fan, get in touch with the technical
service.
Reason: The door is left open:
Solution: Make sure that the door is closed and sealed completely. When the cabin is empty the setting
temperature must be reached in 60 minutes.
Reason: To put high temperature materials inside before the product reached the setting temperature
Solution: When there is a problem with the inside the cabinet temperature, to prevent to spoil the food inside
the inside fans will stop working after a certain temperature level. If you put hot materials before the inside of
the cabinet have reached the desired temperature, the cabinet temperature will not drop. Make sure that the
product has reached the desired temperature before loading the cabinet.
"LOW HUMIDITY ALARM" First check the door of refrigerator. Make sure the set point is between +12/+18 C.
Check the evaporator fan. Evaporator fan must work parallel to compressor. If problem continues call authorized
service. Ambient temperature must not be so cold and so hot. Suitable ambient temperature is +30 C.
"HIGH HUMIDIY ALARM" First check the door of refrigerator. Make sure the set point is between +12/+18 C.

POWER FAILURE / MULTIFUNCTION ALARM
Indicates that there is a power outage alarm. Device warns of electricity is interrupted for a certain time.

DOOR OPEN ALARM

Door switch alarm. If the door remains open for more than 1 minute, the alarm will start.
Close the door. If the alarm continues control the door connections or contact technical service.
