Warranty - Isan Magic Mirror Bedienungsanleitung

1. The seller's warranty applies to a tightness, surface treatment, given values of thermal outputs and pressure losses of
radiators installed professionally in a sealed hot-water system in accordance with valid standards and regulations,
including corrosion characteristics of heat-carrying medium, which has to be used solely as heating and never as
domestic water.
2. Radiators must be installed professionally in accordance with valid standards in a sealed hot-water system, which is
performed professionally according to VDI 2035 with regards to damages caused by corrosion and scales.
3. The buyer is obligated to check conditions of the product at the time of delivery or as soon as possible after delivery.
4. The buyer is obligated during assembly and use of the product to follow rules included in the assembly manual attached
and rules generally known.
5. Surrounding environment, in which the radiators are installed, does not exceed with its corrosion effect requirements for
surface treatment of radiators according to the valid standard.
6. Electric radiators have to be installed professionally in accordance with valid standards and regulations of the standard
about location of appliances in a bathroom, protection IPX1 - zone 3.
Warranty periods start from the date of sale to the buyer:
-
the warranty for electronic regulation is 2 years from the date of sale. Warranty repairs of electric heating bodies
are performed solely in an accredited place.
The warranty applies to malfunctions and defects that were caused by a production failure or due to a defect of materials
used.
Warranty claim can be applied only after submission of this warranty sheet and the original document about purchase of the
product (a bill) with indication of the product, the date and the production stamp. Copies and bills with missing data cannot be
approved. The warranty claim may be applied at the seller where the product has been bought.
The customer losses the warranty right in case the radiators were:
- installed in buildings, appliances or areas where increased humidity is, especially in public WC, car wash lines, in
runs for animals, covered swimming pools etc.
- free stored in outer space, stored at the temperature lower than -5 °C
- damaged with corrosion inside and leaking due to e.g. unsuitable chemical composition of heating media
- deformed after unsuitable transport and/or by exceeding the maximum operation overpressure
- damaged mechanically caused by the buyer or during transport
- damaged due to assembly of radiators performed unprofessionally, intervention to the design of radiators without
agreement of the seller
- used for other purposes than usual, especially for drying of wet textiles directly onto the radiator without use of
additional dryers determined for this; by this the surface treatment is damaged
- in case of any change in the warranty sheet carried out by an unauthorized person
- if the warranty sheet is not filled in or has been lost
The warranty is not applied to wear of the product over the scope of common use. If any defect caused by the manufacturer is found
by checking the product or warranty requirements are not met, the cost connected with the inspection or repair of the product will be
paid by the buyer. If the goods will be sent by post when warranty is applied, it must be packed in a suitable packaging to avoid any
other damage due to transport.
