before using for the first time
• Wash the parts – see cleaning.
• Plug in and turn the temperature
control 5 to setting 5 and allow
to heat up. Unplug once indicator
light goes out. Repeat 3 times.

• Lightly brush the cooking surface
with cooking oil before using.
