4.0 OPERATION
The operating voltage of the unit is stated on the unit label.
When installed as a direct switching device, the operating mode can be set by means of a 3 way DIL switch
mounted on the underside of the electronics assembly. The switch settings for the various modes of operation
are as follows:

Note: The default setting supplied by MEDC is 60 flashes per minute (0,1,0).
For the double flash function, the unit performs 40 double flashes per minute
The device can be configured for remote switching of the operating mode. The three way switch on the
electronics asse mbly must be set to off (0,0,0), then t he operating mode can then be switched by closing one
or more of the control connections to the device. The combinations are as per the table above.
