ADMINISTRATION

At times, an administrator may need to perform maintenance on the system or respond to events such as:
1. User forgets PIN
2. Locker breach alarm is triggered
3. Lockers need to be emptied or cleaned out.
The primary way for the administrator to perform these functions is using the admin keypad override mode.

Admin Keypad Override Mode - Authenticating

To enter the mode, the administrator will need the control access key provided with the FUYL Tower. Turn
the key to the right and hold for a moment.
Once the key has been activated, the administrator will be prompted for their 8 digit authentication code.
The default authentication code is 23350743 but for security should be changed as soon as is convenient.
If the admin auth code has been forgotten, it can be reset through the FUYL Tower management portal
(network connectivity required).
Refer to the management portal user guide. Alternatively, contact PC Locs / LockNCharge for support.
Note: The keypad auth code is different from the password used to access the FUYL Tower management
portal.

Once authentication has been successful, options will be displayed on the screen.
Note: If power has failed to the FUYL Tower, and the
doors need to be opened, refer to the next section:

Enter 8 digit auth code
NOTE: More options can be cycled by turning the
keyswitch multiple times.
