Using the appliance

You can prepare 15 small or 10 large cups of
coffee and keep the coffee warm on the hot
plate
- Fill the water tank (A) with cold water

- Move the filter holder (C) to the side

- Pour your coffee grounds into a no.4 filter

An anti-drip system allows you to remove the
coffee-pot to pour a cup of coffee during
brewing.
Replace the coffee pot quickly to avoid an
overflowing of the filter holder.

ETTING THE CLOCK
- Press «sel.» button (G) once. The display
will flash.
- Press button «h» (H) to set the hours
- Press button «min» (I) to set the minutes
- Confirm the setting by pressing «sel» button

SING IN MANUAL MODE
- Press button «0/I» (I). The indicator light will

SING THE APPLIANCE IN PROGRAMME MODE
- Press «sel» button (G) twice. The display

«Prog» message.
- Press «h» button (H) to set the hour

- Press «sel.» button (G) once to confirm
programmed time and come back to clock
mode.

Note: When setting the clock or programme
time, any stops in the setting process for more
than 30 seconds with the «sel.», «h» or «min»

Maintenance

. Removing scale (after every 40 usage)
To remove the scale from your appliance, you
can use:
. a sachet of anti-scale solution, diluted in
2 large cups of water
. 2 large cups of white alcohol vinegar
- Pour the mixture into the water tank and
switch the machine on (without coffee
grounds
- Let the equivalent of one glassful flow into
the coffee pot then stop.
- Leave the solution in the machine for 1 hour
to take effect.
- Switch the machine on once more to let the
rest of the solution flow through
- Rinse out the machine by using 2 or 3 times
with clear water
Attention: Keep anti-scale solution out of
reach of children
Cleaning
- Unplug the machine.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or
under running water.
- The coffee pot (D) can be cleaned in the
dishwasher

- To remove used coffee grounds, remove the
filter holder from the machine

- The filter-holder and the filter support may
be dismantled to be cleaned more
thoroughly, or can be cleaned in the dish-
washer
