Preparation of cable (Fig. 2)
a.
Slide crimp ferrule onto cable.
b.
Strip cable to dimensions as specified in the table below.
Crimp contact to centre conductor (Fig. 3)
a.
Flare cable braid slightly to allow insertion of inner ferrule.
b.
Slide barrel and bushing (where supplied) onto the cable dielectric.
c.
Place centre contact on cable centre conductor and crimp in place.
Attach cable to connector body (Fig. 4)
a.
Insert cable assembly into the rear of the connector body, with the
braid wires on the outside of the inner ferrule.
b.
Push cable assembly forward until contact snaps into place in the
insulator.
Final assembly (Fig. 5)
a. Slide the crimp ferrule until flush with the connector body and
crimp. Use crimp tools as recommended in the RS catalogue.

a.
Crimpschraubring auf das Kabel schieben.
b.
Kabel auf die Maße gemäß untenstehender Tabelle abisolieren.

Crimpkontakt auf Mittelleiter (Abb. 3)
a.
Flachkabelumflechtung
Schraubring eingeführt werden kann.
b.
Walze und Buchse (sofern mitgeliefert) auf Kabelisolierung
aufsetzen.
c.
Mittelkontakt auf mittleren Leiter des Kabels aufsetzen und
festklemmen.
Kabel an Steckergehäuse anschließen (Abb. 4)
a.
Kabelvorrichtung in die Rückseite des Steckergehäuses
einstecken, Umflechtungsdrähte befinden sich dabei außerhalb
des inneren Schraubrings.
b.
Kabelvorrichtung nach vorne schieben, bis sie in der Isolierung
einrastet.
Endmontage (Abb. 5)
a.
Crimpschraubring
einschieben,
Steckergehäuse und dem Crimpkontakt liegt. Die Verwendung
von Crimpwerkzeug aus dem RS-Katalog wird empfohlen.
RS Components haftet nicht für Verbindlichkeiten oder Schäden jedweder Art (ob auf

Preparación del cable (Fig. 2)
a.
Deslice el casquillo del engarce en el cable.
b.
Pele el cable según las dimensiones especificadas en la tabla a
continuación.
Engarce el contacto con el conductor central
(Fig. 3)
a.
Acampane el cable ligeramente para permitir la introducción del
casquillo interior.
b.
Deslice el cilindro y el manguito (si se ha suministrado) en el cable
dieléctrico.
c.
Coloque el contacto central en el conductor central del cable y
engárcelo en su sitio.
Fije el cable al cuerpo del conector (Fig.4)
a.
Introduzca el conjunto del cable en la parte trasera del cuerpo del
conector, con los alambres trenzados en la parte exterior del
casquillo interior.
b.
Empuje el conjunto de cable hacia delante hasta que el contacto
quede agarrado en su sitio en el aislante.
Montaje final (Fig. 5)
a.
Deslice el casquillo del engarce hasta que quede alineado con el
cuerpo del conector y engárcelo. Utilice las herramientas para
engarzar recomendadas en el catálogo RS.
