Connect the mains plug only to a properly

installed, easily accessible plug socket whose
voltage corresponds to the specifications on the
rating plate. The plug socket must remain easily
accessible even following connection.
Ensure that the power cable cannot be damaged

by sharp edges or hot spots. Do not wind the
power cable around the appliance.
In order to disconnect the appliance completely

from the power supply, pull the mains plug out of
the power outlet.
When unplugging the appliance, always pull on

the plug rather than on the cable.
When using the appliance, ensure that the

power cable is not squeezed or crushed.
