Restoring the default settings of the system
Press and hold the WPS button for about 15 seconds to reset the unit to
factory settings. All stored wireless networks will be deleted and you can
establish and configure new wireless connections.
Setting up wireless connectivity
There are (2) different types of wireless connections: WiFi and Direct
Connect.
• Method 1: Connect via WiFi: This method is used for streaming Internet
radio services over the WiFi antenna.
• Method 2: Direct connection: This method is used to stream music
stored on your external device. Compatible audio files are received via
the WiFi antenna.
Note: If you stream music via WiFi from your external device, Internet
radio streaming services are disabled.
General notes
• Make sure all speakers and power cords are securely connected.
• Before making a wired or wireless connection, make sure the unit is
turned on.
• Flashing indicators (depending on the connection method) indicate that
the receiver is ready to connect.
• When an indicator light stops flashing and lights permanently, a
successful connection has been established.
• The device may not be able to establish a WiFi connection if the
surrounding area is busy with several neighboring WiFi networks. If
possible, disable neighboring WiFi networks or move the WiFi wall
plate receiver to an area that is free of WiFi networks.
