I. PRIOR TO FIRST USE
Carefully remove the unit and its accessories from the packaging. Dispose of all packag-
ing materials.
Keep all warning labels, including the serial number identification label located on the
housing. The absence of the serial number will deprive you of your warranty benefits!
After transportation or storage at low temperatures allow the appliance to stay at room
temperature for at least 2 hours before using.
Before the use ensure that the battery is installed correctly with regard to polarity. Close
the battery compartment cap.
Note! Batteries, included in set, are intended only for checking the appliance operational
capability. For extended operation of the appliance it is recommended to purchase a new set.
Installing the battery ensure that your hands and the unit are dry.
If the battery capacity is exhausted the low battery message
II. OPERATION
1. Place the kitchen scales onto a firm, stable, and horizontal surface. These conditions
are obligatory if you want to obtain accurate weighing results.
2. Press ON/OFF/TARE button, the following will be displayed: A2 .
3. Press UNIT button and select the necessary measurement unit: g/fl.oz/lb.oz/ml: A3 .
4. Wait till 0 will be displayed: A4 .
5. If you want to weigh the product in a container, set it to the scales platform.
6. Press ON/OFF/TARE button to reset the container weight.
7. Put the product into a container, only the product weight will be displayed, as scales
were reset to zero and the container weight is not taken into account.
