Installation

To install the Hot Display Cabinet:
1. Remove the Hot Display Cabinet from the packaging. Make sure that all protective plastic film and
coatings are thoroughly removed from its surfaces.
2. Insert the vertical shelf support bars into the top and bottom locating holes.
3. Fit the horizontal shelf support bars into the vertical shelf support bars. Fit the 3 wire racks.

4 Take the door glass and raise it at an angle into the upper track at the rear of the unit.
5. Once at the top of the track, position the bottom of the glass above the lower track.
6. Carefully lower the glass into the bottom track. Fit sliding doors to back of unit.
7. Connect the plug to a suitable mains socket and turn on the power supply.

Operation

1.
Add water into the bottom pan, 0.6L each time.
2. Set the thermostat to the desired temperature.
3. The unit will cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature.
The power indicator light shows when the thermostat is heating (On) and when the desired temperature
has been reached (Off).
The thermometer displays the current temperature within the cabinet. Ensure the doors have been
installed correctly and are closed during operation to obtain the best results.
You can also turn on the lamp switch which is located on the control plate to illuminate the cabinet.
Note: This appliance is for maintaining temperature only. It is NOT suitable for cooking
products or heating products from cold.
