4.4 Wi-Fi and APP operation
4.4.1 How to download the Sundirect Smart APP
Scan the QR code bellow to start the procedure to download the APP, or you can download the APP
"Sundirect Smart" from the Appstore or Google Playstore, open the APP and register with your
phone number or Email address.
4.4.2 Connect to WiFi
Step1: Activate the Power switch, the WiFi indicator will start to flash rapidly, open the APP on your
smartphone and add your device.
Step2: Enter the Wi-Fi password of your home network. Please make sure your home
WiFi is working and keep the heater and smartphone as close as possible to the WiFI router.
Notice: The APP only works with 2.4GHz Wifi channel.
Step3: Wait till the connecting status shows 100% to finish the process.
If the connection fails for any reason, please try again and repeat the procedure. Sometimes failures
are caused by network errors or packet losses using a WiFi.
If you still fail to establish a connection, please power off the heater and power it back on again
after a few seconds. Long press the "Timer" button on the touch screen for 5 seconds until the Wifi
indicator is flashing slowly and repeat the connection process.
