Cleaning the dust � lter
The dust � lter is located in the dust bin.
• Remove the suction hose from the device (see chapter "Assembly", section "Inserting/
removing the hose").
• Empty the dust bin: See section "Emptying the dust bin".
• Turn the dust bin cover to remove it. NOTE: Orientation marks for the removal and
placement of the cover are provided on the cover and dust bin. You can remove the cover
when the mark on the dust bin is pointing towards the open lock symbol on the cover.
• Pull the dust bin cover with the dust � lter out.
Micro � lter
• Release the Velcro® of the micro� lter and remove it. If necessary, rinse the micro � lter out
thoroughly with clean, lukewarm water. ATTENTION: Do not in any circumstances clean
the � lter in the washing machine or dishwasher! Then shake off any remaining water and
let the � lter air dry completely before reinstalling it.
Dust � lter
• Open the dust bin cover by using the lever
to push it up.
• Take out the dust � lter and the foam dust
� lter (B). If necessary, rinse the foam dust
� lter out thoroughly with clean, lukewarm
water. ATTENTION: Do not in any case
clean the � lter in the washing machine or
dishwasher! Then shake off any remaining
water and let the � lter air dry completely
before reinstalling it.
• The dust � lter (A) may only be tapped out
over a garbage bin and not rinsed off with
water.
• Place the foam dust � lter (B) back on the
dust � lter (A).
