6 Abdeckring und Düsenring
ersetzen - VTR454

6.1 Abdeckring ersetzen

Berstschutz ersetzen
- Oberste Befestigungsschraube (51048) (12 Uhr-
Stellung) und Unterlagsscheibe (51049) vom
Berstschutz (57200) entfernen (s. Fig. 5-20/1).
- Führungsstange (90290) und Verlängerung
(90291) zusammensetzen und in oberstes Gewin-
deloch (12 Uhr-Stellung) einschrauben.
- Aufhängelasche (90280) mit 6kt-Schraube (90281)
am Luftaustrittsgehäuse (74000) befestigen.
Führungsstange (90290) an Aufhängelasche ein-
hängen.
- Restliche Befestigungsschrauben (51048) und Un-
terlagsscheiben (51049) vom Berstschutz (57200)
entfernen.
- Berstschutz (57200) über die Führungsstangen
(90291/90290) nach aussen schieben bis zur
Luftaustrittskante.
- Berstschutz am Seil anhängen, Kantenschutz
benutzen. Aufhängelasche und Führungsstangen
(90290 und 90291) entfernen
Berstschutz entfernen.
Abdeckring ersetzen
- Oberste Befestigungsschraube (51015) (12 Uhr-
Stellung) und Verbusripp-Scheibe (51016) vom
Abdeckring (57000) entfernen (s. Fig. 5-20/3).
- Führungsstange (90290) und Verlängerung
(90291) zusammensetzen und in oberstes Gewin-
deloch (12 Uhr-Stellung) einschrauben.
- Aufhängelasche (90280) mit 6kt-Schraube (90281)
am Luftaustrittsgehäuse (74000) befestigen.
Führungsstange (90290) an Aufhängelasche ein-
hängen.
- Restliche Befestigungsschrauben (51015) und
Verbusripp-Scheiben (51016) vom Abdeckring
(57000) entfernen.
- Abdeckring (57000) mit den 6kt-Schrauben
(90900) abdrücken und über die Führungsstangen
(90291/90290) nach aussen schieben und entfer-
nen.
- Beschädigter Abdeckring ersetzen.

6.1 Replacing the cover ring

Replacing burst protection
- Remove the uppermost fixing screw (51048) (12

Replacing cover ring
- Release and remove top fixing screw (51015)

- Remove the rest of the fixing screws (51048) and

Disassembly and assembly
Replacing the cover ring and

the burst protection (57200) (see fig. 5-20/1).
Connect the guide rod (90290) to the extension
(90291) and screw it into the uppermost threaded
hole (12 o'clock position).
Fix the suspension latch (90280) onto the air
outlet casing (74000) with the hex.-headed screw
(90281). Hang the guide rod (90290) onto the sus-
pension latch.

(57200).
Pull rupture protection (57200) forward over the
guide studs (90291/90290) up to the edge of the
air outlet.
Suspend burst protection on the rope, use edge
guard. Remove suspension latch and guide studs
(90291/90290) (s. Fig. 5-20/2).
Remove burst protection.
with verbus-disc (51016) from cover ring (57000)
(s. Fig. 5-20/3).
Connect the guide rod (90290) to the extension
(90291) and screw it into the uppermost threaded
hole (12 o'clock position).
Fix the suspension latch (90280) onto the air
outlet casing (74000) with the hex.-headed screw
(90281). Hang the guide rod (90290) onto the sus-
pension latch.
verbus-discs (51016) from the cover ring (57000).
Press the cover ring (57000) out with the hex.-
headed screws (90900), slide it outwards over the
guide rods (90291/90290) and remove it.
Replace damaged cover ring.
