Description
a) Slide the cover of the battery compartment
on the rear of the light downwards and then
lift the cover.
b) Insert the provided rechargeable batteries.
c) Replace the cover
Place the charging station on a stable, level
surface with normal flammability. Insert the
round low-voltage plug of the power supply
into the charging station charging socket.
Then place the light in the charging station.
The power supply is operated with 230 V.
It is advisable to charge the unit for
approximately 4 hours before initial use. The
rechargeable battery is charged by placing
the switched-off light onto the charging
station. The red charge indicator lamp
illuminates during charging. The colour of the
charge indicator lamp changes to green
when charging is complete.
Once initial charging has taken place, the
charging time is also approximately 4 hours.
The rechargeable battery should also be
charged at regular intervals if the unit is not
being used (approx. every 6 months).
If the light is not being operated with
rechargeable batteries, do not put the light
into the charging station.
Unlike rechargeable batteries, normal
batteries cannot be recharged.
For this reason, never place an LED light
containing normal batteries in the charging
cradle. The light and the charging cradle
could become damaged.
Risk of battery explosion!
Please ensure that the charger is
disconnected from the mains.
The light can be left in the cradle and used
continuously as a table light. This is also the
case if the rechargeable batteries are empty.
The 2-setting switch on the side of the light is
used for switching the light on.
