You can also operate the arti� cial � replace
with the included adapter.
Connect the socket from the adapter to the
socket (a) located on the side of the � replace.

When the adapter is connected to the mains,
the arti� cial � replace automatically switches
to mains operation and the batteries are not
used. It is therefore unnecessary to remove
the batteries prior to mains operation.
Press the on/off button (b) to turn the
� replace on or off .
When the arti� cial � replace is turned on, the
built-in LEDs emit a light that resembles a lit
� replace. The arti� cial � replace does not give
off any heat.

Cleaning and maintenance

Regularly wipe the arti� cial � replace clean
with a soft brush or thoroughly wrung cloth.
Avoid exposing the � replace to water or
liquids.
Remove the batteries if you do not intend to
use the � replace for a prolonged period.
