MANUFACTURER'S GUARANTEE

■ The manufacturer guarantees the conformity of the Device to requirements
of technical specification ТУ 9440-004-18537172-2002 during 24 months
from the sale date of the Device to the consumer (subject to observation of
operation, transportation and storage conditions by the consumer). During
the specified period, the manufacturer carries out free-of-charge repair of the
Device.
■ The manufacturer bears no responsibility and carries out no free repair when
troubles occurred through the fault of the consumer (for instance, in result of
careless handling, transportation, failure to observe the instructions for use,
as well as in case of the broken seal).
■ The Device guarantee does not apply in case of:
− unavailability of the Manual;
− mechanical damages, including damages occurred during transportation;
− failure of the Device because of foreign bodies or liquids found inside the
Device;
− broken seal.
■ The guarantee shall be void if during the warranty period the repair of faulty
Device was carried out by unauthorized persons and/or organizations.
■ Upon expiry of the guarantee period, the repair of the Device should be car-
ried out at the expense of the consumer.
■ If the guarantee card bears no sale date and seller's stamp, the guarantee
period starts from the Device manufacture date.
■ As far as repair and operation issues are concerned, the consumer should
contact the manufacturer and service centers specified on the web-site
www.rikta.ru or in separate guarantee card (if any).
