HOW TO MAKE WAFFLES
1. Make sure the cooking plates for the waffles are inserted.
2. Apply a layer of vegetable oil or butter on the plates using a kitchen towel or a brush
for dough.
3. Plug in and wait until the appliance has preheated and the green indicator light
illuminates.
4. Lift handle lock and open the appliance.
5. Pour batter onto bottom grid of the waffle plates. Ladle just enough batter to fill
the lower grid so that the peak area of the grid is covered. Do not overfill, this may
cause the batter to overflow.
6. Close the lid and lock the handle.
7. After 4 minutes, open the lid to check on the waffles if they are brown enough.
NOTE: The baking time depends on your individual taste and the batter recipe. Batter
which includes, for example, sugar tends to brown quicker.
8. If the waffles are still too light or not yet properly baked, continue cooking.
9. When you are happy with the result, remove the waffle by gently loosening the
edges with the wooden spatula.
10. If additional baking is neccessary, close 3 in 1 Snack Maker to retain heat. Always be
sure the green light goes on again before making more waffles.
HOW TO GRILL
Use the grill plates to prepare salmon or chicken fillets, thin steaks, vegetables or pani-
nis. Please note: Cooking time depends on the thickness and texture of food.
1. Preheat the 3 in 1 Snack Maker.
2. Lift handle lock and open. Apply a layer of vegetable oil on the plates and place the
food on the bottom grill plates.
3. Gently lower the lid by pulling down the handle.
CAUTION – Depending on the food it might not be possible to use handle
lock. Do not force the lid shut. When the lid is pressed down, hot liquids,
fats or oils may leak. Risk of burns!
4. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes and check regularly until the food is done.
