BEFORE FIRST USE

UNPACKING

• Carefully unpack the 3 in 1 Snack Maker and remove any packaging material and
check all the parts are undamaged. Do not use your appliance if it has been dama-
ged or if the power cord or plug is damaged.
• Check that the scope of delivery is complete.
• Remove any promotional labels or stickers from the appliance before the first use. DO
NOT remove the appliance data plate.
Danger – The plastic bags used to wrap this appliance or the packaging may
be dangerous. To avoid risk of suffocation, keep these bags out of reach of
babies and children.

INSTALLATION

1. Place the 3 in 1 Snack Maker on a dry, even, firm and heat-resistant surface. Ensure
that there is enough space all around.
2. Clean the appliance and its accessories as described in "CLEANING AND CARE".
3. Pour a teaspoon of vegetable oil onto the non-stick coated plates. Unwind the
power cord completely and plug in.
4. Close the lid and heat up the appliance without food for about 10 minutes as residu-
al coating could cause a small amount of odour or smoke to form. This is normal and
completely harmless. Please ensure sufficient ventilation.
5. Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool.
6. Wipe the cooking plates with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly before re-installing.

INSERTING AND CHANGING THE COOKING PLATES

Unplug the 3 in 1 Snack Maker and allow sufficient time for the appliance to cool down
before changing any plates. Risk of burns!
1. To take out the cooking plates, open the cover. Pull the detaching button to release
the cooking plate and remove it in the direction of the arrows.
2. To insert the plates, clip the desired cooking plate into position, push the cooking
plate down with a little force until a click sound has been heard. Make sure the
plates are installed correctly.
