Link the Heart Rate Sensor to your SportBand.
NOTE: When linking, do not wear the shoe sensor.
(refer to the sections on linking for details).

Put the shoe sensor in your Nike+ ready footwear
and start your workout.

Your Heart Rate information (beats per minute, or
BPM) will automatically be captured and stored on
your SportBand. After your run, upload your data to
nikeplus.com, where you can review your progress
over time.
