SZERELÉSI UTASÍTÁS
Vásárláskor a zuhanyzófülke előfúrt nyílásokkal ellátott önálló részekből áll. A nyílások az egyes részek
összeillesztését követő rögzítést szolgálják. A gyártó a termék összeszereléséhez termékirányúan iskolázott
alkalmazottakat foglalkoztató szakértő cég közreműködését javasolja.

Mindenekelőtt ellenőrizze, hogy a termék semelyik alkotóeleme sem hiányzik, majd az összeszerelés várható
menete szerint helyezze el az egyes részeket. A fülke falait az üveg dekoratív oldalával kifelé fordítsa.
A polisztirol táblabetét dekoratív oldalának azt az oldalt vegye, amelyen a díszítés domborműszerűen
kidomborodik. A polisztirol és üveg táblabetétek külső oldala egyúttal arról is megismerhető, hogy az az
alumínium keretben észrevehetően közelebb áll a keret széléhez. (ld. 1. ábra) Ellenőrizze, hogy az egyes részek
előfúrt nyílásai egyeznek. Amennyiben nem egyeznek, reklamálja a terméket. A menetvágó csavarokat vigyázva
húzza meg, nehogy a menet megszakadjon. A hideg- s melegvíz vezetékeket a műanyag sarokpanel leendő
helyén vezesse be a zuhanyozófülkébe, a padló felett kb. 140 cm magasságában. A zuhanyozófülke
lefolyószifonjának helyén készítse elő a lefolyó 40 mm átmérőjű kitorkolását. A zuhanyzófülke összeszerelése
kizárólag üzemmód szerinti (azaz függőleges) helyzetben végezhető.

Emelje ki a fülke hátsó részének merevítőit, amelyek átmenetileg a műanyag panel felső részéhez lettek
rögzítve, majd csúsztassa őket s szilárd hátfal felső szelvényébe. A merevítőket két
rögzítse.
3.
A szilárd hátoldal műanyag panellel érintkező felületére annak teljes hosszban vigye fel a tömítőanyagot.
4.
Illessze helyére a műanyag panelt és csavarozza össze: a csavarok és anyacsavarok segítségével először
felül;

- majd a menetvágó csavarokkal az illesztés teljes hosszában. Az eljárást ismételje meg a másik hátfalnál.
6.
A sarokbelépő két részét illessze egymáshoz, a műanyag sarok összekötődarabokat csúsztassa a vezető
szelvényekbe, majd négy db
3,5 x 6,5 menetvágó csavarral végezze el a rögzítést.
7.
A szilárd hátfalak érintkező felületeire vigye fel a tömítőanyagot. Illessze helyére az összeállított belépő
sarokrészt és a két részt
3,5 x 13 menetvágó csavarokkal csavarozza egymáshoz.
8.
A fürdőtál felső peremét kenje be körbe a tömítőanyaggal, majd helyezze a felső konstrukciót a tálra.
9.
A felső konstrukciót
3,5 x 13 menetvágó csavarokkal rögzítse a fürdőtálhoz, mind az elülső résznél...
10.
... mind a hátsó résznél. A fennmaradó tömítőanyagot az illesztések összecsavarozását követően
haladéktalanul távolítsa el!!!
11.
Végezetül ismételten kenje be tömítőanyaggal mind kívülről, mind belülről az összes illesztést, próbálja ki az
ajtó működését és a vakkarimák segítségével tüntesse el a szerelési nyílásokat. VIGYÁZAT! Az íves belépő elem
vezető szelvényét kizárólag kívülről szabad bekenni!
Az összeszerelt zuhanyzófülkét állítsa annak végleges rendeltetési helyére. A padlón jelölje be a fürdőtál
körvonalát és készítse elő a víz és a szennyvízlefolyó csatlakozását. A fürdőtál beszerelése során kövesse
a fürdőtál összeszerelési útmutatóban leírtakat.
A fülkét minimum 40 cm hosszúságú és külső menetű gumi páncélcső segítségével csatlakoztassa.
Erősítse fel a zuhanyrózsa tartót. Szerelje be és próbálja ki a szifon alsó részét, majd rögzítse annak végleges
helyzetében. A fürdőtál körvonalától körülbelül 1 cm távolságban (befelé) vigye fel a padlóra a tömítőanyagot,
majd segítségével rögzítse végleges állapotában a fülkét. Távolítsa el a fürdőtál körül maradt felesleges
tömítőanyagot. A fülke első igénybevétele előtt a tömítőanyagnak legalább 12 órát kell száradnia.
A fülke belsejéből illessze helyére, majd húzza meg a szifon felső részét.
A polisztirol üveget vékony fólia védi. A fülke üzembe helyezését megelőzően ne felejtse el a fóliát eltávolítani.
FIGYELEM
A karbantartás csupán a lakkozott részek, az üveg és a műanyag kezelését jelenti puha textillel, a háztartásokban
használt általános tisztítószerekkel. Kerülendő a csiszolópaszta, oldószerek, aceton és hasonlók használata. A
gyártó nem vállal felelősséget a helytelen használattal, szereléssel vagy karbantartással keletkezett károkért. A
gyártó fenntartja magának a jogot a termék megújítására (innováció). Amennyiben a termék összeszerelését
olyan szakvállalat végezte, mely rendelkezik a RAVAK igazolásával, a jótállási idő 12 hónap, más esetben
a jótállási idő a törvényekben megszabott időtartam. Valamennyi, az összeszereléssel, használattal és
karbantartással kapcsolatos kérdéseire üzletkötőnktől választ kap.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The shower cabin is delivered in parts having pre-drilled holes for connection of individual parts. The manufacturer
recommends the installation be provided by a specialized company, of which the employees are trained in mounting
of this shower cabin.
1.
First, check whether the product is complete, and arrange its individual parts on the floor. Position the decorative
sides of glass walls of the box outside the shower cabin. In the plastic panel, the decorative side is the one having the
distinctly bulging surface of the decoration. The outer side of both plastic and glass panel can be recognized by the
fact that in the aluminum frame it is fitted nearer to the edge of the frame (see figure 1: A - frame, B glass, C external
side, D internal side). Please verify, whether the pre-drilled holes of the individual parts are corresponding. If they are
not, you can return the product. Tighten the bolts gently so that the thread is not removed. The intake of warm and
cold water for the shower cabin should be plumbed-in where the corner plastic panel will be placed, at the height of
about 160-170 cm above the floor. Prepare the connection for outflow pipes of 40 mm in diameter, in the place of the
outflow siphon of the shower box. Always mount the shower cabin in the working (vertical) position.

Remove the aluminium reinforcements from the rear side of the box, which are temporarily attached in the upper
part of the panel. Slide them into the upper profile of the rear strong wall. Fix them with two

Attach the plastic panel, level and bolt together: - first, in the upper part, using bolts and nuts...

... then along whole the length of the contact, using self-tapping screws. Later repeat the routine for the second
back strong side.

Apply the putty along the whole length of the contact surface between the both back strong sides. Drill holes
mm diameter and fix with the help of four self-tapping screws

Attach the curved part and screw both the parts together using self-driving bolts

Apply the putty to the upper edge of the tray and then fit the superstructure onto the tub and drill holes
diameter.

Screw the supers-tructure to the tray using self-driving bolts
10.
... and in the rear part. Remove the superfluous putty from the contacts of both profiles immediately after the
connection is bolted !!!
11.
At the end, seal all the connections once again with putty, test the door and using the covers, cover the mounting
openings. ATTENTION! The sliding profile of the curved entry then is puttied from outside only! Put the mounted
shower tray into its final location. On the floor mark the outline of the tray and prepare water and drain connections.
When installing the tray, follow the mounting instructions for the shower tray. Attach the box using rubber armature
hoses with a minimal length of 40 cm, with outer diameter of 1/2". Attach the shower handle. Mount and try the lower
part of the siphon and fix it in its final position. Apply putty to the floor, at about 1cm (to the inside) from the outer edge
of the tub. Fix the box in its final position. Remove the superfluous putty from around the tub. Let the putty harden for
at least 12 hours before using the box. From the inner side of the cabin fit and fix the upper part of the siphon.A thin foil
protects the polystyrene glass. Do not forget to remove the foil before putting the cabin into use. For covering of back
corner part, it is possible to do so by additional installation of the seperate 'back cover' white filler panel.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
When maintaining the shower cabin, only wipe the painted parts, glass and plastic, using a fine cloth and normal household
detergents. Never use abrasive pastes, solvents, acetones or similar substances. The manufacturer is not responsible for
damages caused by inappropriate use, installation or maintenance of the product. The manufacturer is entitled to
continuous innovation of the product. For all other information concerning the mounting, use and maintenance ask your
salesperson. The guarantee is 12 months from the date of sale. The manufacturer recommends the RAVAK ANTICALC
