IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

This User Manual contains information on the use and care of this product. Please read this user manual carefully before using the appliance and save it for future reference.
• Before the first use, check the device specifications and the power supply in your network.
• Use only for domestic purposes according to the instruction manual. It is not intended for industrial use.
• For indoor use only.
• Do not use the device with a damaged cord, plug or other damages.
• Keep the power cord away from sharp edges and/or hot surfaces.
• Do not pull the cord, always pull the plug. Do not reel the cord around the device housing.
• Never attempt to dissemble and/or repair the item by yourself. If you encounter problems, please contact the nearest customer service center.
• Using accessories or replacement parts that are not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause damage to the item.
• Always unplug the device and let it cool down before cleaning and removing parts. Keep unplugged when not in use.
• To avoid electric shock and/or fire, do not submerge in water or other liquids. If this occurs, immediately unplug the device and contact your service center for inspection.
• This appliance is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities. Neither for persons with a lack of
experience and/or knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

OPERATION

• Insert the hooks into the slots, slightly turning them until they lock into the proper position.
• CAUTION: When inserting the hooks, the hook with the washer should be inserted into the left hole (Fig.1).
• Connect the mixer to the power supply socket.
• Use a appropriate bowl for the ingredients.
• Hold the mixer by the handle. Lower the beaters or hooks into ingredients.
• Choose one of the 5 speed modes, taking into consideration the type of product.
• For model MT-1508: for maximum speed press the "TURBO" button.
• Set the speed selector to the "0" position when the mixture is smooth. Don't detach anu accessories until the mixer has stopped and is unplugged.
• Never start with the highest speed. Start mixing with the lowest one and upgradel while mixing. If a mixture gets to thick while whisking,
choose a higher speed level.
• Push the ejection button to detach the accessories.
ATTENTION: MAX continuous work time is 3 minutes. A 15-minutes break time is advised between the cycles.
