1 PROG: Call up DVD play list.
2 „ " OPEN/CLOSE:
To open or close the CD/DVD
tray.
3 SUBTITLE:
To show/hide subtitles.
4 AUDIO:
To change the Audio settings.
5 MENU:
To display the main menu of
the DVD/VCD.
6 RETURN:
Returning to the previous
menu.
7 10+:
For selecting the chapters/
tracks above 9. Pressing again
increases by a further 10.
8 FUNCTION:
For selecting between DVD and
TUNER.
9 ENTER: Confi rm the input.
10 ZOOM: To zoom in or out.
11 VIDEO:
Progressive scan/Interlace
switching.
12 SLOW:
Slow motion. Press the „PLAY/
PAUSE II" button to continue
the fi lm.
13 NEXT I:
To jump to the next chapter
or song.
14 PREV I :
To return to the previous
chapter or song.
15 FWD : Fast forward.
16 REV : Fast reverse.
17 VOLUME +/-:
To increase/ reduce the volume.
18 EQ:
Press the button repeatedly
in order to select the volume,
treble (T), bass (B) and balance
(L- - R). Adjustments are made
with the VOLUME +/- buttons.
19 DSP:
For selecting between eight
diff erent sound eff ects.
20 MUTE: To switch of the sound.
21 AM/FM:
Switches between the FM and
AM frequency band in radio
mode.

22 STEREO/MONO:
For switching between stereo
and mono in radio mode.
23 AUTO:
Used to activate the automatic
station search in radio mode.
24 PLAY/PAUSE II:
Start playback. To freeze the
picture. Press the „PLAY/PAUSE
II" button to continue the
fi lm.
25 STOP : Stop play.
26 REPEAT:
To repeat title, chapters, etc.
27 A-B:
Selection of the passage to be
repeated.
28 ANGLE:
To select the viewing angle.
29 P/N:
AUTO/NTSC/PAL colour norm
switching.
30 L/R:
Switches between the right-
hand and left-hand channel.
31 Cursor buttons:
Navigation in screen menu.
• SEARCH+/ SEARCH-:
In radio mode: for tuning
in to /searching for a radio
station.
• CH+/ CH-:
In radio mode: for running
through the stored radio
stations.
32 SETUP: To start the setup menu.
33 Numerical buttons:
For direct selection of chapter
or song number.
34 TITLE:
To show the Playback-Control
for VCD.
35 SOURCE:
USB/CARD/DVD switching.
36 OSD:
To display the play status on
screen.
37 PBC:
Displays the playback control
of a VCD.
38 „ " STANDBY:
To activate standby mode.
39 GOTO:
For direct accessing of a section
on the CD/DVD.
