Introduction
With the GSM module the stove can be operated per
SMS.
Attention:
For the GSM module you require a SIM card (di-
mension: 25x15x0,76mm) with credit from your
mobile communications provider, which is not in-
cluded in the scope of delivery.
For this SIM card the PIN must be deactivated. To do
this, insert the SIM card in your mobile phone. See the
manual provided with your mobile phone for the pre-
cise description of how to deactivate the PIN.
General warning
In operation via SMS the appliance can also go into
operation when you are absent. In this case you must
ensure that flammable objects, pets or persons requir-
ing help are not in the direct radiation area at any time,
or, in the case of objects, are not placed on the stove,
at any time. Persons who do not operate the stove but
who have access to it must be provided with this infor-
mation.

Installation sequence
● Switch off the pellet stove with the main switch and
unplug the earthed plug from the electrical outlet.
● Dismount the lower rear wall.
● Move the SIM card drawer, with a ballpoint pen for
example, out of the GSM module (Fig.2). Insert the
SIM card with the deactivated PIN and the slanted
corner in front on the left, in the drawer and slide in
the drawer.
● Wire the data cable with 9-pin connector (Fig.1,
Item 1) on the main printed circuit board (see con-
nection diagram in the lower rear wall: Position S24).
● Plug the mains cable with 2-pin mains plug (pre-
wired in the appliance) into the socket (Fig.1, Item 2)
of the GSM module.
● Screw on the GSM module inside the appliance with
the provided M5x10 screw (Fig.3).
● Place the magnetic antenna on the housing of the
appliance connections (Fig.4).
● Lay out all cables in such a manner that no hot sur-
faces are touched. Two self­bonding cable clips are
provided to fix the data cable in place.
● Screw the lower rear wall back on.
● Plug the earthed plug into the electrical outlet and
switch on the main switch on the appliance.
