Troubleshooting

The failures stated here are basic failures and problems, which can be resolved by your own with the help of the
manual. If the solutions given here do not fit to your problem, absolutely consult to an authorized service.

carried out by you may harm you, your employee or customer. In case of a huge failure, consult to Uğur Customer
Care or Authorized Uğur Service.
Troubleshooting
Dispenser is not work-
ing. (No sound or only
fan sound comes from
the product.)
Dispenser internal tem-
perature is high.
Possible Solution
It may be due to the thermostat.
Not plugged in.
The fuse may be blown or broken
down.
Condenser lamella may be ob-
structed or get dirty.
External ambient temperature
may be very high
No gap may be left between the
dispenser and the wall
Ventilation shutters are obstructed
or its front is prevented.
It may have been exposed to
excessive external wind.
Wrong thermostat setting may be
made.

Result
It will run again when reached
to the suitable temperature.
Check the plug.
Check your fuse
Clean the condenser lamellas.
Move your dispenser to a place
where the external ambient
temperature is lower.
Leave a gap of at least 15 cm
between the wall and the
dispenser
Check whether the front of the
ventilation shutters is ob-
structed
Move your dispenser to a place
that it would not be subject to
wind.
Re-set the thermostat.
