Pass the collector pipe into the filter
and screw on the laterals, be careful
not to over tighten.
Cover the opening of the pipe with
adhesive tape.

Pour the sand (particle size
0.6/1.25) in carefully to avoid
damaging the laterals.
Remove the adhesive tape and put
the collector tube into position.

Wind teflon tape around the
pressuare gauge threading
and screw it into the valve.
(Be careful not to overtighten,
excesive torque could cause
irreperable damage to the
valve).

ASSEMBLY OF ThE FILTER

Check that the drain valve is
closed.
Fill the pump with water until the
water level is 5 cm above the
laterals.

Fit the o-ring Ø 230 X 8 (Ref 1) into
the groove in the lid.
Mount the lid/valve assembly on
the filter.
Screw on the lid holding ring.
