ELEGANCE
The shower enclosure consists of a door and appropriate fixed wall. Each part is delivered and packaged
separately.

The set comes in sizes 800, 900, and 1000 mm and can be combined to make different sized shower enclosures.
ATTENTION! You will find the mounting kit inside the carton.
To mount this product into a finished bathroom, it is important to carefully and thoroughly measure and fix
both parts of the shower enclosure to the wall. You must also adjust the door and test its function,
assemble the door handle, drip sill and decorative cap. We reco mmend the assembly and installation be
done by a trained specialist from either our company or from another installation firm.
FOR THIS PRODUCT TO FUNCTION PROPERLY IT SHOULD ONLY BE
INSTALLED ON STRONG WALLS.

MOUNTING PROCEDURE

1. Check the size of the built-in shower tray. The distance from the wall to the top outer edge of the tray should be accor-
ding to the chart ( picture 1 ). The shower tray must be level.
2. Check the placement and layout of the door. In the upper part of the door there are slots cut into the corners of the glass.
The upper part of the plastic post has an opening of 10 mm in diameter for the decorative cap.
3. On the walls above the tray, mark the measurements from both directions . The position of the inner edge of the moun-
ting profile is determined by the perpendicular angle from these points (
between the outer edge of the superstructure and the edge of the tray should be 5 - 20 mm.
4. Using your fingers, gently press the edge of the plastic moulding. Loosen and remove it from the mounting profile
( picture 4 ).
5. Unscrew the three M5 screws and washers and remove the mounting profile
from the winged door ( detailed in picture 4
marked position on the tray, then stand it up vertically and mark the oval
opening of the mounting profile on the wall (
ATTENTION! If the shower tray is not level, it is important that the superstructure
be placed perpendicular to the tray, and from this position it can be fastened to the
wall.
6. Set aside the mounting profile. In the center of the marked oval, drill a 10 mm
diameter hole and place a dowel in it (
ATTENTION! Watch out for electrical cables and water and gas mains in the wall!
7. Fix the mounting profile to the wall using 5x50 mm bolts. Only lightly tighten the
bolts ( picture 8 ).
8. Mark and attach the other mounting profile in the same way.
9. Attach the door to the mounting profile using M5 screws and washers. Mount
the fixed wall in the same way, but have it resting on the rim of the shower tray.
10. Use the slots and screws on the mounting profile to adjust the door:
- the door must follow the shape of the shower tray;
- the whole length of the door must be in contact with the fixed post so that the
door magnets will hold it in position;
- the upper edge of both parts must be the same height, and the bottom edge of
the glass door must be level with the shower tray.
11. After all adjustments have been made, tighten the four visible bolts and the
three M5 screws on each mounting profile. Test the door for proper function.
Check the distance between the bottom edge of the glass and the shower tray
with the enclosed gauge (a 16.5x20 mm roller). When the door is in the closed
position, the clearance between the glass and the shower tray should be
between 16.5 mm and 18 mm.
12. On the mounting profile, outline the exact position of the adjusted door. From
the door, unscrew the M5 screw which is holding it in place. Remove the door and
tighten the two bolts inside the mounting profile. Place some sealing compound
on the bottom of the plastic door post (for mounting to the shower tray). Place the
plastic joint of the threshold strip into the slot of the plastic post, with the higher
side of the strip to the outside of the shower tray (
into the marked position and tighten the M5 screws. Follow the same procedure
for the fixed wall.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

ATTENTION!
Only use a soft cloth and normal household detergent for cleaning the lacquered surfaces, glass and plastic panels. Avoid using abrasive pastes, solvents,
acetones, chlor etc.

13. Test the function of the door several times and check the lifting mechanism. To
attach the upper part of the fixed wall, use the special holder which is enclosed.
Before adjusting the fixed wall, the holder should be mounted to the upper part of
the glass and attached to the wall at a 45 degree angle, inside the shower enclo-
sure. After marking and drilling the holes, fasten the holder using bolts and dowel-
s. Attach the other end of the holder to the glass using a steel screw and rubber

14. Drill holes of 2.6 mm in diameter in the frame of the door according to the pre-
drilled holes in the mounting profile. Secure the frame using 3.5 x 13 mm self-
tapping screws.
15. Place one side of the plastic moulding into the mounting profile and push sligh-
tly along the whole length to "lock" it into place (
16. Test, and if necessary, adjust the shape and length of the threshold strip so
that the whole bottom of the strip is in contact with the shower tray.
17. Place the threshold strip into the square slots on both door posts.
18. Bead the bottom of the threshold strip along its entire length (approximately
200 mm), and point by point, glue it to the tray. Place sealing compound along the
bottom of the fixed wall.
19. Place a small amount of sealing compound into the slots of the threshold strip
and completely seal it to the tray (
20. To complete the seal, put sealing compound along the seam between the wall
and the mounting profile, and along the outer side of the supporting post to
a height of 100 mm above the tray (
21. Fit the drip sill onto the bottom of the glass door and test the function of the
door.Adjust the drip sill if necessary.
22. Remove the drip sill and put quick glue on the entire surface of the cut end. Re-
mount the sill and push it into the original position. Glue the ends to the posts and
seal all the seams of the drip sill with sealing compound on the bottom and sides
and on the post (
