Never use blades that are too big or too
small.
Never use blades with a maximum speed
that is less than the tool's maximum speed.
Check that the blade's direction of rotation is
the same as the motor's.
Never use the saw on stone, metal, breglass
or materials that are hazardous to health.
Always use protective gloves when handling
the blade. Never put your hand under the
saw, or try to remove material from the
working area while the blade is rotating.
Never place your hand or ngers on the work
piece in front of, behind or underneath the
saw while it is running.
Always keep the spindle and blade-
mounting collars properly cleaned.
Never use the saw if the blade guard is not
working correctly. The blade guard must
close automatically when the saw is not in
use, and it must NOT be locked in an open
position.
Never allow the blade to be in contact with
the work piece (or any other objects) when
starting the saw.
Check that the workpiece does not contain
any nails, screws or any other objects that
could damage the blade, and that the
material on which the workpiece is resting
does not contain any such obstacles.
Never fasten the circular saw in a vice or such
like with the blade pointing upwards in order
to saw objects in this way. This could result in
very serious accidents.
Never remove the saw from the workpiece as
long as the blade is still rotating, and do not
put the saw down until the blade has fully
stopped and the blade guard is fully closed.
