G NEVER under any circumstances aim the nozzle at another person or animal. In the event of
injury occurring seek expert medical advice immediately.
G The spray gun must only be used with paints and solvents that have a suitable flash point for
spraying. If in doubt consult paint or solvent manufacturer's data.
G Always ensure there is adequate ventilation when spraying.
G NEVER spray near a naked flame, including appliance pilot flame.
G NEVER smoke whilst spraying.
G NEVER allow children to operate or play with the spray gun.
G Always read the paint manufacturer's thinning instructions before using.
G Always disconnect unit from mains supply when refilling the paint container.
G Before cleaning, always disconnect unit from the mains supply.
G Always wear the correct protective face mask when spraying. We would also recommend
the use of gloves, goggles and overalls.
G After every use ensure that you clean your spray gun thoroughly and grease the gland packing.
G This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety.
G Use only genuine manufacturer replacement parts.
G Remus recommend the use of appropriate ear protection when using this product.

G Consider work area environment - Do not expose the spray gun to rain.
Do not use the spray gun in damp or wet locations. Keep work area well lit.
G Guard against electric shock - Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded
surfaces (e.g. pipes, radiators, ranges, refrigerators).
G Keep work area clean - cluttered areas and benches invite injuries.
G Keep children away - Do not let visitors touch the tool or extension cord. All visitors should be
kept away from the area.
G Warning.
The use of any accessory or attachment, other than those recommended in this instruction
manual, may present a risk of personal injury.
G When not in use, spray gun should be stored in a dry, high or locked place, out of
reach of children.
G Use the spray gun for the job it was designed for only. Mis-use of the spray gun will
invalidate the guarantee.
G Do not abuse the cord - Never carry the tool by the cord or pull it to disconnect it from the
socket. Keep the cord away from heat, oil and sharp edges.
G Do not overreach - Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
G Avoid unintentional starting, do not carry a plugged in tool with a finger on the switch.
G When tool is used outdoors, use extension cords only intended for outdoor use.
G It is recommended that a RCD (residual current device) rated at 30mA is fitted into the mains
supply socket for added protection against electric shock.
