Single sided gun welding recommendations
• Apply a pressure of at least 10kg (20lbs) on the electrode
• Always weld on the thinner metal sheet side.
• Always start with the furthest point to the ground to the
closest.
• Always connect the ground to the bottom metal sheet.
• Use a strong blocking clamp to secure the ground (no
spring clamp)
